Finally, this blog opens…
I’ve had this idea in mind for a while. Some extra motivation, and here it comes. Without any pretentiousness, I just want to share with you my vision of photo which I just discovered just one year ago.
Photo has many exciting sides, but the one I prefer is by far the light. It can seem very obvious, but playing with light is highly addictive. Just like a flirt! Ok, today, I have to confess that the light is more playing with me than I am playing with her… But I’m working on it!
For those who enjoy talking stuff, here is what I’ve got in my photo bag :
- Canon EOS 40D : very good, except for high ISOs (I’d love to swap with a 5D Mark II just for high isos handling)
- Canon EF 100mm f/2 : so cool to have such a bright AND long lens (I know, I know, there is also this 135mm f/2 L, but, you know, not the same price ^^)
- Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 : my favourite… multi-purpose, bright, light…
- Canon EF 28mm f/1.8 : a shorter lens, still bright. I rarely use short lenses, even if they’re quite handy. Let’s say that I can’t handle so many things in the field.
- Sigma 18-200mm OS : come on, it is soooooo convenient!
- Flash 400W avec bol beauté & boîte à lumière octogonale : I really don’t master it, but everything has a beginning !
Apart of this, not much to say except that I work in an advertising company, specifically on the web. So I might talk about web things sometimes !
